The Pullman Sunderland is a hidden gem perfectly located right on the seafront. The value for money here is fantastic, especially considering the attention to detail. The rooms are clean, spacious, and come with all the basic amenities you could need, including good internet access. I was particularly impressed with the shower curtain overlapping the outside of the bath, ensuring a watertight seal. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. And to top it all off, breakfast was included in the rate, which was a wonderful touch.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Located right on the sea front, the Pullman Sunderland offers a unique experience, with its old train station setting to match the luxurious Orient Express carriages. the rooms are large and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. the bathroom is clean and pleasant, and there are plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. the breakfast is served in a beautifully restored railway carriage with an excellent view of the sea. the hotel also offers free WiFi and parking.
The hotel can be noisy at times due to functions going on, but overall it has great potential.

The hotel was nicely restored and had friendly staff. the food was of a high standard with a delicious chocolate brownie. the location was great and easily accessible. the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms were a plus.
The hotel felt grubby and not quite right with unclean walls in the room. the surrounding areas were untidy with rubbish and weeds.
